Chapter 2: International Residency

In a world often divided, art possesses a unique power to bridge chasms of misunderstanding and connect us on a human level. We believe art fosters empathy, transcends cultural barriers, and builds understanding. Through the creative expression of artists, we experience shared emotions and stories that unite us.

We support artists because they are the builders of these vital bridges. Providing them with resources – studio space, living wages, and platforms to share their work – is essential to fostering a more compassionate world. Investing in artists is investing in a future where empathy thrives and human connection prevails.

We are excited to announce that we are expanding our mission internationally. Starting in Israel, we will partner with women artists from diverse backgrounds, extending opportunities and amplifying their voices. Our founder, Galia, an Israeli artist and a woman, inspires this first step, paving the way for future global collaborations.

We believe art transcends political divides, allowing us to connect with each other's humanity. Join us as we build bridges of understanding through the transformative power of art.

Chapter 2 is an exclusive, invite-only, 8-week artist residency program designed specifically for three women artists participating throughout the year. Hosted at the dynamic Blue Roof Studios in South Los Angeles, Chapter 2 offers a unique live/work experience within a supportive community of 10 fellow LA-based artists. This enriching program, a branch of the Blue Roof Residency, is presented in collaboration with Artis and CCA Tel Aviv-Yafo, providing a platform for women artists to connect, create, and thrive.
